STATEMENT OF COMPETENCY
*
In my opinion, I am sufficiently qualified and competent to skipper the above listed vessel during a bareboat charter. I am an experienced boater with practical working knowledge of seamanship and piloting. I understand, however, that Toronto Harbour Nautical Centre reserves the right of final evaluation of my competency at the time of onboard checkout. If accepted at checkout, I will not permit anyone who is not qualified to skipper the vessel.
